Paddle Selection: 
This, of course, is rule of thumb.  I suggest sitting in a straight back chair, measuring the distance from the chair seat to your chin. Then use your measurement in this guide:

26"  =  48" paddle
28"  =  50" paddle
30"  =  52" paddle
32"  =  54" paddle
